We only collect what you choose to share with us:
- Your name, email address and the service you are interested in, when you fill in a contact form
- The messages you send us on WhatsApp
- Project information, files and system access that you give us during a project
Our website also keeps basic technical logs, such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working well.
How we use it

- To plan, build, test and support the work you ask for
- To send invoices and keep the records the law requires
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Contact forms and WhatsApp
The contact forms on this website prepare a message and open WhatsApp, where you decide whether to send it. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its own privacy policy applies to messages sent through it.

Sharing and security
Your information is seen only by the ERPTABS team members working on your request or project. We share it with others only when you agree, when a service we use needs it to do its job, or when the law requires it.
We keep access details private, use them only for the agreed work, and ask you to remove our access when a project ends. We are happy to sign an NDA before a project starts.

We keep information only as long as we need it for your project, support and legal records. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
