01

Acceptance of these terms

By requesting a quotation, signing an agreement, paying an invoice or otherwise using our services, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

If a signed agreement or statement of work says something different, the signed document takes priority over this page.

02

Our services

ERPTABS offers two core services, Odoo Customization and Custom ERP Development, together with related work around the Odoo software. The exact services for each project are set out in your quotation or statement of work.

  • Odoo customization: custom modules, fields, screens and reports
  • Custom ERP development: purpose-built systems designed around your business
  • Odoo implementation, configuration and consulting
  • Integrations and data migration
  • Business process automation
  • Training, support and ongoing improvements
03

Quotations and project scope

A quotation sets out the agreed scope, deliverables, estimated timeline and price, and remains valid for the period stated on it.

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and begins only after you approve it. Estimates are made in good faith from the information you give us.

04

Payments and invoices

Fees, payment schedule and currency are stated in the quotation or agreement, for example milestone payments or hourly invoices. Invoices are due by the date shown on them.

We may pause work while an invoice is overdue. Third-party costs such as Odoo subscriptions, hosting, apps and plug-ins are paid by the client unless we agree otherwise in writing.

05

Client responsibilities

A project runs best when we work as one team. We ask clients to:

  • Provide accurate information, access and timely feedback
  • Name a contact person who can approve decisions
  • Test and approve deliverables within a reasonable time
  • Keep backups and keep access details secure
06

Timelines, testing and acceptance

Dates are targets that rely on timely cooperation. Late feedback, access or payments, and changes in scope can move them, and we will tell you early if anything affects delivery.

We test deliverables first and then hand them to you for user acceptance testing. Work counts as accepted when you approve it, or when no issues are reported within the acceptance period agreed for the project.

07

Intellectual property and licences

Custom code and documents created for you become yours once the related invoices are paid in full. Our general know-how, reusable tools and open-source components remain under their own licences.

Odoo and third-party apps stay under their own licences, and you are responsible for holding valid Odoo subscriptions or licences. Odoo is a trademark of Odoo S.A.; product names are used for identification only.

08

Confidentiality and data protection

We treat your business information, data and access details as confidential and use them only to deliver the agreed work. We are happy to sign an NDA before a project starts.

Please share access through secure channels and remove it when the project ends.

09

Support after delivery

Defects in our own work are corrected during the support period stated in your agreement. Further support, improvements and training are available as agreed, for example hourly, part-time or full-time.

10

Limitation of liability

We work with care, but we cannot promise that any software will be free of all errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.

Clients remain responsible for keeping their own backups.

11

Termination

Either party may end a project by giving written notice. Work completed up to that date and any approved costs are invoiced, and completed deliverables are handed over once those invoices are paid.

12

Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to new projects. Unless your signed agreement says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
